The Mechano Factor, which is considered an isoform of IGF-1, contributes to muscle anabolism via muscle hypertrophy and muscle hyperplasia by encouraging muscle repair and upregulating protein synthesis. (MGF) is a variation of muscle triggered by rigorous exercise and muscle damage. Structurally different than other factors such as  that is synthesized by the liver, MGF enters muscle fibers to repair skeletal muscle tissue and prevent damaged cells from dying off.
