Indications:Symptomatic treatment of the acute pains related to the functional disorders of the digestive tract and the bile ducts and the acute painful demonstrations in gyneacology;Treatment of the spasmodic and painful demonstrations acute of the urinary tracts:Renal colics
Dosage intramuscular or intravenous injection: 1 to 2 ampoules/1 to 3 ampoules/day. Intravenous drip: the daily dose of up to five ampoules, 5% or 10% glucose injection droplet injection.
Pharmacology and Toxicology
isophthalic the trihydroxybenzene direct effect on the gastrointestinal and genitourinary tract smooth muscle, is pro-muscle non-the atropine non papaverine class pure smooth muscle spasmolytic. Compared with other smooth muscle spasmolytic, phloroglucinol characteristics does not have anticholinergic effects, in the lifting of smooth muscle spasm, does not produce anticholinergic-like side effects. Phloroglucinol does not cause low blood pressure, heart rate, arrhythmias and other symptoms, no effect on cardiovascular function. Animal pharmacological tests show that it is only the role of smooth muscle spasm, minimal impact on normal smooth muscle. The subacute toxicity and long-term toxicity tests phloroglucinol on animal growth, macro-and micro-histology of vital organs, blood and biochemical parameters, no adverse effects; special toxicity study showed that phloroglucinol was not teratogenic, mutagenic (caused by cancer).
